About

Most AI tools for property management start from the software and work backward to a problem. We started from the problem.

Every agent on this site began as a real task someone was doing by hand. Chasing a vendor confirmation. Rebuilding a work order that came in missing an access code. Watching a turn slip because the handoff from inspection to scope stalled for two days. We mapped those tasks across 10 departments, then built one agent for each, narrowly.

One agent, one job it does well — instead of one platform that promises everything and delivers a chatbot.

Why “narrow” is the point

A platform has to be generic to sell to everyone. So it hands you a blank surface and calls it flexibility. You still have to figure out what to automate, wire it up, and babysit it when it hits something unusual.

A narrow agent already knows its job. The Vendor Confirmation agent knows what an unconfirmed slot looks like and when to chase it. The Lease Abstraction agent knows which clauses matter. They don’t wait for you to configure them into being useful.

The catch with narrow tools used to be that you needed a lot of them. That’s fine now. You add the second agent when the first one earns it, not because a contract made you buy the bundle up front.

Learn it, build it, run it

Every agent here has a free walkthrough. Read how it works, see the logic, decide for yourself whether it fits your operation. No form to read the explanation.

If it fits, there are two paths: build it with us, or have us run it for you. Either way you understand the thing before you commit to it. We’d rather you say no early than run a pilot that dies quietly at the exception layer six weeks in.

Who’s behind it

SolWise is built by operators and engineers who have sat in the coordinator’s seat, not just watched it from a demo. TurnOps.ai was the first agent to ship. The other 58 followed the same rule: start where the work actually breaks.

SolWise is an initiative of Helios Solutions. More on who publishes here on the SolWise author page.
